Online Store Integration and Setup
Online Store Connection

There is also a ChannelUnity API available for developers who have built a custom online store.
When the online store is successfully connected, ChannelUnity will import all the product data and categories. If products in ChannelUnity does not reflect correctly with the online store then a store sync can be triggered in ‘Setup > Online Store’.
Field/Attribute Mapping
Once products have been imported into ChannelUnity then the field (also known as attribute) mapping needs to be completed. This is to map the online store fields to ChannelUnity fields such as SKU, product description, etc. Field mappings is located by navigating to ‘Setup > Describe Product Fields’.
Category Mapping
When the field mapping has been completed then the next step is to complete the category mapping. This is to map the products categories to ChannelUnity’s categories, which are pre-mapped to the marketplace’s categories. Category mappings is located by navigating to ‘Setup > Describe Categories’.
Marketplace Integration and Setup

Once the online store and ChannelUnity integration has been completed then the next step is to connect to the marketplaces.
ChannelUnity currently integrates the following marketplaces:
Enabling Publication Options
This is to set the actions for the marketplaces which is set in the ‘Publication Options’ in Channel Settings. What action is available is marketplace dependant.
Listing Setting Setup
A listing setting is required when listing to some marketplaces since it contains required information such as shipping details. The following marketplaces requires a listing setting to be created and applied to products prior to listing:
Once the listing setting is created it’ll need to be applied to the products.
Ready to List Products
When the setup has been completed then it is recommended to list a couple of products to the connected marketplaces to check that all the settings are complete and correct.
