ChannelUnity is fully compatible with the Fulfilled by Amazon service.
You can manage most of the settings for FBA in your Amazon Seller Central account. In ChannelUnity all you need to do is flag the relevant products as using the FBA service using Listing Settings.
Either create a new Listing Setting, or use an existing one. The options for FBA are found under the Listing tab:
- Enable FBA will flag products with this Listing Setting as using the FBA details set up in your Seller Central account.
- Switch FBA to FBM is a service we offer in ChannelUnity where CU will check the FBA inventory for the product, and once this is reported as being 0, will automatically switch the product listing back to being FBM (Fulfilled by merchant). Once FBA stock is increased again, it will once again return to listing as an FBA product.
Once you’ve selected the desired settings, make sure you Save Changes and apply the Listing Setting to the relevant products. Then reupload any products that you apply the Listing Setting to.
