When alerts are enabled, you will receive an e-mail when an order fails to import into your shopping cart. E-mails are sent no more often than once every hour. You will only receive one alert per unique order number. Select the options below then click Save.
Emails will be sent to the primary account holder by default. If you want the emails to go to a different email address, simple update the box on the order import alerts tab.
To navigate here, login and go to “orders” and “order import alerts”.
Multiple e-mail addresses can be separated by a comma. To turn off e-mail alerts, untick the ‘Enable’ box.
