ChannelUnity allows you to export a list of products currently showing errors, including the affected SKUs and the relevant error messages. This is useful if you need to review issues in bulk, share them with your team, or make corrections outside of ChannelUnity.
When to use this export
You can use this feature when products are in Fix Required and you want to download a list of the affected SKUs and their associated error messages.
Steps to export the list
- Log in to your ChannelUnity account.
- Go to Listings in the main navigation.
- Select Manage Listings.
- Choose the relevant marketplace account from the marketplace selector in the top-right corner.
- Click the Fix Required tab.
- Click Actions.
- From the dropdown menu, select Export to Excel.
- ChannelUnity will generate an export containing the relevant SKU and error information.
What the export contains
The export will include the following information:
- SKU
- Shop SKU
- Title
- Price
- QTY
- Error Code
- Error Message
This allows you to quickly review which products require attention and what needs to be corrected before they can be listed successfully.
Helpful tip
If you have a large number of errors, you can use the Error Message column to group similar issues together. This can make it easier to fix multiple products with the same issue at once.
