Problem:

There is inconsistency with the SKU state where it’s listed as a parent item on one Amazon marketplace(s) and a variation on another Amazon marketplace(s).

Solution:

delete the parent SKU and its variations from all the related Amazon marketplaces in ChannelUnity
if the parent and variation SKUs still resides in the related SellerCentral accounts then manually delete/remove from all the SellerCentral accounts
wait a few hours for Amazon to clear their system. Amazon suggest to wait 4 hours before uploading after deletion
upload the parent and its variations in ChannelUnity to create a new listing in SellerCentral
