ChannelUnity is fully compatible with Amazon Prime, and any orders will be marked as originating from Amazon Prime when sent through to your cart, so you can keep full track of these.

No changes or settings need to be made in your ChannelUnity account in order to utilise Amazon Prime, it’s ready to go with no need of input from you.

If you are using the Magento or Magento 2 carts, then please let us know if you are using Amazon Prime sales, as we will need to amend the CU plugin on your cart. For all other webstores, there is nothing that needs to be done.
