This article describes how to reconnect to the marketplace if there is a connection issue between ChannelUnity the marketplace.  The reconnection process is the same for all marketplaces.

How to reconnect ChannelUnity to the marketplace?

Login to ChannelUnity, navigate to Listings page and select the marketplace on the right-hand side.  You can find the reconnect function under Settings > Channel Settings where a dialog box will appear.

Select Connect to a Marketplace Account and it’ll guide you through the steps to connect to the marketplace.
