What are the ChannelUnity pricing plans?

Standard pricing plans

Our standard pricing plan is called “flex” which is £15 per month (billed on the 1st of every month), plus 1% of your marketplace order totals.

For this we provide e-mail support, and there are no limits on your turnover, number of products, nor number of marketplaces.

You can upgrade your plan if you want to have support by live chat, the price for this is £50 per month (plus 1% of gross sales).

When signing up for a ChannelUnity account you get a free 14 day period which is an unrestricted trial. There are no fees at all for the first 14 days. The 14 day trial period applies to your ChannelUnity account as a whole and is not a per-channel trial. The 14 day trial begins when you sign up. As the likelihood is your trial will end mid month, we charge a pro-rata amount up until the end of the current month. The next member fee is charged on the 1st of the month thereafter. For each order which is shipped there is a 1% commission fee. This applies only to orders on channels which ChannelUnity manages for you. This does not apply to orders which take place on your own website. Note that if an order is cancelled, there isn’t any fee due on that order.

Bespoke pricing plans

We have an alternative plan called “plus” which is a bespoke pricing plan tailored for your needs. You might opt for this pricing plan if you require things such as custom feature development, service level agreements, or account management.

Why do we charge flex customers 1% on order totals?

The fee is assessed on all orders placed on the marketplace, regardless of if the listing was generated through us or not. Even if an item was manually created, ChannelUnity still recognises this order, matches the SKU to your cart and decreases the stock levels of the product where applicable. The 1% overall commission is designed to best reflect the size of the businesses that work with us, as well to cover all the other services we provide, such as repricing.
